Qualification : Graduate /Post Graduate Degree. 3 years of
relevant experience with multi sectoral development agencies// NGOs /
Consultants / Government Organizations in participatory development approaches.
Experience in establishing frameworks/ systems for MIS/ monitoring and
evaluating projects or programmes, preferably in the rural space. Exceptional degree of integrity, judgment and
tact in handling the most sensitive, diverse and confidential material. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi
and Local Language. Must be computer literate and should have knowledge of
SPSS, Excel, Access and other relevant software.
Remuneration : Rs. 5.04 lakh per annum
Sanitation Specialist/

Qualification : Master degree in engineering, social
science, environmental science, water and sanitation, or a related field; 3 years of professional development experience
in the WASH sector, and significant project management experience; Experience
in implementing, designing, or coordinating WASH in rural community ; Familiarity
with community-based sanitation programs, and with a diversity of latrine
designs for rural communities; Knowledge
of SLWM technology options and experience in implementing SLWM activities in
rural areas. Exceptional degree of integrity, judgment and tact in handling the
most sensitive, diverse and confidential material. Fluency in English, Hindi
and local language is necessary and desirable; Willing to travel extensively in
rural areas
Remuneration : Rs. 5.04 lakh per annum
MIS Assistant/ Post Code

Sivsagar and Bongaigaon)
Qualification : Graduate in any stream from recognized
institute. Minimum 1 year of relevant post qualification experience in HH survey,
data entry, MIS applications, data management etc . The applicant has to be
well conversed with MS-office preferably in MS-excel and MS-access, MS-word,
MSpower point etc. Diploma in Computer application and diploma in computer
typing is desirable. Strong
communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
Remuneration : Rs. 12000 per month inclusive of all
incentives
Office Assistant/ Post
