Eligibility Criteria
for JIPMER Vacancy 2018:
Educational Qualification:
1.
Assistant Professor of Clinical Immunology (Clinical Services) - A Medical
qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule
to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications
included in part II or third schedule should also fulfill the conditions
specified in Section13 (3) of the Act. ii. A Postgraduate qualification, i.e.
MD or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the subject iii A
Post-doctoral qualification, D.M. in Clinical Immunology (two years or three
years or five years recognized course) or a qualification recognized equivalent
thereto

Assistant Professor of Clinical Immunology (Laboratory Services) - i. A
Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the third
Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing
qualifications included in part II or third schedule should also fulfill the
conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act. ii. A Postgraduate qualification,
MD in Pathology/Microbiology/ Laboratory Medicine OR i. M.Sc in any branch of
biological science related to health sciences. & ii Ph.D in
Immunology/Clinical Immunology

Assistant Professor of Medical Biometrics & Informatics (Biostatistics) - Post
Graduate Qualifications, i.e. Master’s Degree in Biostatistics / Statistics.
ii. A Doctorate (Ph. D) Degree from a recognized University/institute.
4.
Senior Biostatistician - Master’s Degree in Statistics or Biostatistics
5.
Assistant Professor of Neurology - A Medical qualification included
in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical
Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II or
third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of
the Act. A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD or a recognized qualification
equivalent thereto in the subject; and iii D.M. in Neurology (two years or
three years or five years recognized course) or a qualification recognized equivalent
thereto
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1, 2, 3, 5 - 50
Years), (For Post 4 - 45 Years). The Upper
age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for
Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC
PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper
