Physical Standers:
The engagement will be subject to the candidate (1) possessing sound physique and physical stamina to work in shift duty and do fire fighting work and continues to be so during the period of contract, and (2) being medically fit and continues to be so during the period of contract as per the standards prescribed by the Company. Sound physique means possessing minimum of (a) height of 165 cm (b) weight of 56 kg, (c) chest expansion of 5.5 cm and (d) normal vision. Candidates who are engaged shall acquire Heavy Vehicle Driving License with Badge within two years of their engagement, failing which they will not be eligible to be considered for renewal of engagement, if required

Flight Operations Officer -  Graduate with, must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) pattern or an equivalent examination with the subject of Physics and Mathematics from recognized Board/ University. b) Holder of Flying Licence. c) Holder of Radio Telephony Restricted (A) Licence. d) At least 10 years experience to - (i) Conduct flight operations in conformity with existing regulations and with regard to flight safety; (ii) Maintain adequate liaison with the Director General of Civil Aviation Headquarter and Regional Offices in flight operation issues; (iii) Monitor the quality and standards of operational documents and procedures
2. Flight Safety Officer -   Graduate with the subjects Physics & Mathematics by recognized University. Or Must have passed Higher Secondary 10+2 (Pattern) or an equivalent examination with the subject of Physics and Mathematics from a recognized Board and holder of Flying Licence. Or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence. (b) At least 10 years experience in investigation of Aircraft accidents/ incident, safety audits and accidents prevention work; Or A flight crew member preferably on Type of aircrafts operated by the State Govt.; Or Experience as Aviation Engineer.
3. Maintenance Manager - Must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) pattern or an equivalent examination with a subject of Physics and Mathematics from a recognized Board/ Institute. (b) Holder of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) Licence; (c) Experience : (i) At least 10 years as Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (ii) should have at least one aircraft endorsed on Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence of the aircrafts maintained by the State Govermment  (d) Preference would be given to candidates possessing maintenance experience on fixed and rotary aircrafts and experience in managerial capacity in a Director General of Civil Aviation approved Maintenance Organization.
4. Flight Dispatcher -  B.Sc (Aviation) Or (a) B.Sc (Aviation) Or Graduate in Computer Application I Computer Science I Information Technology with must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) pattern or an equivalent examination with the subject of Physics and Mathematics from a recognized Board/ University. (b) Holder of a Flying Licence. (c) Holder of Radio Telephony Restricted (A) Licence. (d) Preference to candidate with good communication and written skill in English language.

Age Limit:
Candidate’s Age Limit Should be Minimum 21 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
