Eligibility Criteria for NPCIL Vacancy 2018:
Educational Qualification:
1. Nurse A (Female) - XII Standard & Diploma in Nursing & Mid-wifery (3 years course) + valid registration as Nurse from Central/State Nursing Council in India OR B.Sc.(Nursing) OR Nursing “A” Certificate with 3 years’ experience in Hospital OR Nursing Assistant Class III & above from the Armed forces
2. Nurse A (Male) - XII Standard & Diploma in Nursing & Mid-wifery (3 years course) + valid registration as Nurse from Central/State Nursing Council in India OR B.Sc.(Nursing) OR Nursing “A” Certificate with 3 years’ experience in Hospital OR Nursing Assistant Class III & above from the Armed forces
3. Pathology Lab Technician (Scientific Assistant /B) - B.Sc. with minimum 50% marks + One year Diploma in Medical Lab. Technology (D.M.L.T.) with 60% marks  OR B.Sc. in Medical Lab. Technology (M.L.T.) with 60% marks.
4. X-Ray Technician (Technician/C) - H.S.C. (10+2) in Science with minimum 60% marks + One year medical Radiography/ X-Ray Technique Trade Certificate Experience: 2 years of relevant experience after obtaining the requisite qualification.
5. Operation Theatre Assistant (Technician / B) - H.S.C. (10+2) in Science with minimum 60% marks + One year Certificate Course of Operation Theatre Assistant.
6. Assistant Grade-1(HR) - A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Commerce or Arts with minimum 50% marks. Please refer para 6 for details of acceptable Bachelor Degree.
7. Assistant Grade-1(F&A) - A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with minimum 50% marks. Please refer para 7 for details of acceptable Bachelor Degree.
8. Assistant Grade-1(C&MM) - A Bachelor’s Degree in Science (with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) OR Commerce with minimum 50% marks Please refer para 8 for details of acceptable Bachelor Degree.

Age Limit: (As on 24.05.2018)
Candidate’s Age Limit Should be between (For Nurse - A (Female /Male), Pathology Lab Technician (Scientific Assistant /B) Posts - 18 to 30 Years), (For X-Ray Technician (Technician / C), Operation Theatre Assistant (Technician / B) Posts - 18 to 25 Years), (For All Other Posts - 21 to 28 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
