Eligibility Criteria
for CEL Vacancy 2018:
Educational Qualification:
1. Assistant General Manager/
Chief Manager (SSG), Grade - E7/ E6 - i) B.E./ B.Tech. degree in
Electronics & Communication Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a
recognised Institute/ University with good academic record. ii) He/she should
have 16years post qualification work experience in relevant discipline.
2. Chief Manager (QA-C), Grade
- E6 - i) B.E./ B.Tech. Degree in Electronics B.E/B.Tech
degree in Electronics Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognised Institute
/ University. He/she should have minimum 14 Years post qualification experience
in Quality Control.& Communication Engineering with minimum 55% marks from
a recognised Institute/ University with good academic record. ii) He/she should
have 16years post qualification work experience in relevant discipline.
3.
Senior Technical Manager (Production) Manufacturing, Grade - E5 - B.E./B.Tech.
(Electronics/ Production Engg/ Mechanical degree from a recognised Institute/
University with good academic record MBA Degree in Production Management is
desirable. He/she should have 12 years post qualification work experience in
relevant discipline.
4. Project Manager (Project
Execution/O&M), Grade - E4 - B.E./ B.Tech. degree with
minimum 55% marks in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. He should have minimum
09 years of post qualification experience in implementing projects, out of
which minimum 06 years experience in project execution and management.
5. Technical Manager (R&D),
Grade - E4 - B.E/ B.Tech. degree in Electronics/ Electronics
&Communication/ Electronics &Telecommunication Engg. with minimum
55%marks from a recognised Institute /University. He/ She should have minimum
09years of post qualification experience in relevant discipline.
6. Manager - Material
Management, Grade - E4 - B.E./ B.Tech. degree with minimum 55%
marks. OR Should be a Graduate with 55% Marks and MBA/ PGDM/ PGP, preferably in
Supply Chain Management/ Materials Management from a recognised Institute /
University The candidate should have 09 Years of relevant post qualification
experience
7. Assistant Manager (Civil),
Grade - E3 - B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum 55% marks in
Civil Engineering from a recognised Institute/University. He/ She should have
minimum 06years of post qualification experience in execution of civil works
8. Assistant Manager (Accounts),
Grade - E3 -Graduate in commerce and passed final
examination ofCA/ICWA with 06 years post qualification experience in
preparation and finalisation of profit & loss accounts and balance sheet, interaction
with statutory auditors, internal auditors, CAG and other Govt. agencies.
9. Accounts Officer, Grade -E2
- graduate in commerce and passed final examination of CA/ICWA with 02
years post qualification experience in preparation of MIS, periodical profit
& loss accounts and balance sheet, interaction with statutory auditors of
CAG and other Govt. agencies. Working experience in ERP System is essential.
10. Security Officer, Grade -
E2 - Graduate in any discipline.
11. Deputy Engineer (R&D)
Grade - E2 - B.E/ B.Tech. degree in Electronics/ Electronics
& Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engg. with minimum
55%marks from a recognised Institute /University.
12. Deputy Engineer. Manager - New
Product Development (Contract Basis), Grade - E5 (R&D) Grade - E2 -B.E./
B.Tech.Degree in Electrical/ Electronics andCommunication/ Mechanical
Engineering. He/ She should have minimum 12 years of “post qualification
experience in relevant discipline.
13. Manager (Defence Marketing)
(Contract basis), Grade - E4 - B.E./B.Tech degree in
Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks. He/she
should have minimum 09 years of post qualification experience in Indian Defence
Forces.
14. Marketing Manager (Contract
basis), Grade - E4 - B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical/
Electronics/Instrumentation/ PV Technology Engineering with minimum 55% marks
