Graduate Engineers
recruitment in Central Electronics Limited on contract basis

The Company is looking forward to recruit high caliber and talented professionals (
Graduate Engineers) on contractual basis for two years which is further extendable on performance basis for one more year only. On the basis of exemplary performance during the contractual period, the incumbents may also be considered for absorption in regular cadre of the Company. They will however have ‘No claim’ for regularization/absorption. Online applications are invited in the following disciplines:

Qualification :
Full time Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree in relevant discipline with not less than 65% marks. Final year/semester students shall also be eligible. However, they would have to obtain at least 65% marks in their engineering degree.

Eligible candidates shall have to appear for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering GATE-2017. Based on the GATE-2017 marks and requirement, candidates shall be shortlisted in the 1st stage.

Compensation Package : During one year training period, the selected candidates will be placed as Executive Trainees at initial Basic Pay of Rs. 16,400/- per month in the Pay Scale of Rs. 16,400 - 40,500/- (E-1) (I.D.A. scale of pay) with applicable D.A. (with revision from time to time) plus HRA, Medical facilities, Cafeteria etc as per Company’s Rules.

Service Agreement Bond : The selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 2, 50,000/- on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 500/- to serve the Company for a minimum period of 02 (Two) years including the training period.

Selection Process : The candidates who want to apply for above positions will have to appear for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)-2017 for the paper as per detailed given below:

Placement : The selected candidates shall undergo one year training. The trainee officers may be posted at any of the MECL Projects/Zonal Office/Corporate Office of the Company.
