Eligibility Criteria
for NBFGR Vacancy 2018:
Educational Qualification:
1. Field Assistant - X
Std pass with minimum 3 years experience in fish hatchery/farm
2. Young Professional-II -
First class in M.F.Sc./M.Sc./Marine Biotechnology/Coastal Aquaculture/Ocean
Science & Technology/Zoology with specialization in Fisheries or
Aquaculture. 2. One year research experience in ornamental fish hatchery
operations
3. Research Associate -
Ph.D. in Fisheries Science/Marine Biology/Marine Biotechnology/Coastal
Aquaculture/Ocean Science & Technology/Zoology with specialization in
Fisheries or Aquaculture. 2. One year research experience in fish hatchery,
particularly ornamental fish species
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should not exceed (For Research Associate - 40 years for male and 45 year for
female candidates as on the date of interview (relaxation as per GOI rules), (For Young Professional-II -
Minimum 21 years Maximum 45 years (Relaxation as per rule), (For Field Assistant - 35
years for male and 40 years for female candidates (age relaxation as per GOI
