Eligibility Criteria
for CDAC Vacancy 2017:
Educational Qualification:
1.
Project Manager - 1st Class B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science
with atleast 11 years of relevant post qualification work experience. OR
M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science with atleast 7 years of relevant post
qualification work experience. OR P.hD in Computer Science with atleast 4 years
of relevant post qualification work experience
2.
Project Engineer (Audiologist) - Bachelor Degree in
Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP).
3.
Project Engineer (Electronics) - B.E/B.Tech in
Electronics or Electronics & Communication with first class and minimum 70%
overall marks.
4.
Project Engineer (Computer Science) - B.E/B.Tech in Computer
Science & Engineering with first class and minimum 70% overall marks
5.
Project Engineer (Electronics/Micro Electronics/VLSI) - M.E/M.Tech
in Electronics/ Micro Electronics/VLSI with first class and minimum 70% overall
marks after acquiring B.E/B.Tech in Electronics or Electronics &

Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 -
50 Years), (For Post 2 to 13 - 37 Years). The
Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for
Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC
PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper

Selection Procedure for CDAC Project Managers, Project Engineer:
Applicants meeting the eligibility
criteria will be informed by e-mail, to appear for a "written test". The
test will be of objective type will consist of 50% questions from
Generic Area and 50% from Technical area. The Generic Area will comprise
English, Logical, Analytical Reasoning Capabilities, Quantitative and
Qualitative abilities, General Awareness and Aptitude. The list of
successful/shortlisted candidates on the basis of "written test" would
be uploaded on CDAC website. Final selection will be based on
multi-level interview to be conducted at CDAC, Thiruvananthapuram.
Management reserves the right to change/modify the selection process at
any time, during the process, at its discretion. The decision of the
management will be final and binding.

Candidates are required to remit a
crossed Demand Draft for Rs.500/ for male candidates and Rs.250/- for
female candidates drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of "C-DAC,
Thiruvananthapuram," payable at Thiruvananthapuram. The last date for
downloading application form from website and making of Demand Draft is
November 29, 2017. DD drawn after 29.11.2017 will not be accepted. The
following details must be filled up on back side of Demand Draft (i)
Candidate's Name, (ii) Name of Post Applied for. The candidates
belonging to SC/ST/PH category are exempted from submission of
application fee.
