Eligibility Criteria for Prasar Bharati Vacancy 2018:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university and registered with bar Council. professional experience of not less than 10 years in the Supreme Court / High Court / Labour Court /Family Court | Arbitration Court. Having good communication skills and good knowledge of Govt Rules and regulation, service matters, Income Tax, C-commercial Matters, and Arbitration matters OR

A retired Govt. Servant with LLB who has held a responsible legal post not less than Deputy Secretary in Legal Department of Central / State Govt. /Autonomous Bodies & having

Thorough knowledge of Govt. Rules and regulation service matters, Income Tax C-commercial matters, Arbitration matters. Age must be below 65 years.

Age Limit:
