Eligibility Criteria for IIT Mandi Vacancy 2018:

Educational Qualification:

1. Assistant Registrar (Group A) - Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale from a recognized University/Institute.

2. Assistant Engineer ­ Civil (Group B) - Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Engineering of 3 years duration in Civil from a recognized University/Institute.

3. Junior Superintendent (Group B) - Bachelor degree (Min. 55% marks) with 8 years relevant experience

4. Junior Superintendent Accounts (Group B) - Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Accounts (Min. 55% marks) with knowledge of computer applications related to accounting.

5. Physical Training Instructor (PTI) Gr. I (Group B) - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Ed ucation with Diploma in Coaching from any of the NIS in India

6. Junior Technical Superintendent (Group B) - First class Bachelor’s (Honours) Degree in Sciences in relevant subject or equivalent grade from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 5 years of experience.

7. Senior Library Information Assistant (Group B) - Postgraduate degree in Library Science from a recognized University with 02 years’ experience in Library/ Computerization of a Library.

8. Junior Assistant (Group C) - Bachelor’s Degree (Min. 55% marks) with knowledge of computer applications with at least 1 year of relevant experience

9. Junior Accountant (Group C) - B. Com (Min. 55% marks) from a recognized university with knowledge of computer applications and at least 1 year of relevant working experience on Accounting Software.

10. Jr. Lab Asstt. Tech. (Group C) - Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline (Computer/Electrical/Mechanical) of 3 years duration from a recognized Polytechnic/Institute

11. Pharmacist (Group C) - Matriculation or equivalent; (ii) Diploma/degree in pharmacy granted by an Institute of Central/State Government or a recognized Institute by Central/State Government.

12. Driver (Group C) - 10th standard pass; (ii) Valid commercial driving 6 other qualifications. license of MUV at least, (iii) Five years’ experience as Driver in a similar Government office,

13. Junior Attendant Multi Skilled (Group C) -10th standard pass; (ii) Five years’ experience as attendant or helper in a Government/Similar Government Office.

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 30 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
