Engineer (Digital Applications)

Essential Qualifications : B.E./B.Tech (Electronics/Communication Engineering) degree with minimum of 70% marks from a recognized University, Work experience - 2 years of demonstrated experience in practical electronics projects, including design and test of digital and/or analog circuits, fluency and competency in at least one programming language (e.g. C/C++), good knowledge of computer control of instruments, and real-time data acquisition systems, good understanding of digital circuit design and digital signal processing techniques Desirable - M.E./M.Tech in Electronics and Communication with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University, familiarity with high-speed digital system design, optical fibre communication (transceivers, protocols), familiarity with development of PCB layout for high-speed logic circuits, familiarity with usage of advanced test instrumentation including DSO, spectrum analysers, logic and communication analysers, experience with FPGA systems (knowledge of VHDL, LabVIEW, Cicero, etc. would be an added advantage), ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively in English, ability to work as part of a team.
