Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Industrial Engineering)-2 Posts

• M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc(Engg.) or equivalent Post Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering in first class with an aggregate minimum of 60% or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale with pre-eligibility qualification of B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc(Engg.)/M.Sc or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% of marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale. Minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in Section B alone for candidates with AMIE/Grad IETE qualification.

Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’(Chemical Engineering) -2 Posts

• B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc(Engg.)/M.Sc or equivalent in Chemical Engineering in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% of marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale. Minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in Section B alone for candidates with AMIE/Grad IETE qualification

Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’(Physics)-1 Post

• M.Sc-Physics in first class with an aggregate minimum of 60% of marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale. Knowledge in NDT
  methods is desirable.

Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’(Industrial Engineering/Industrial Management)-1 Post

• M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc(Engg.) or equivalent Post Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Management in first class with an aggregate minimum of 60% of mark(Average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale with pre-eligibility qualification of B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc(Engg.)/M.Sc or equivalent in ECE/E&IE/EEE in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% of marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale. ISRO Recruitment 2017 Selection Process:

Candidates meeting the norms will be shortlisted and called for Interview. The qualification prescribed is the minimum requirement and possession of the same does not automatically make the candidates eligible to be called for Interview. Based on the academic performance of the candidates applied, number of vacancies, number of candidates applied etc., initial screening will be done to short-list candidates for Interview.Final selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the interview and those who secure minimum 60% marks in the interview will be eligible for consideration for empanelment in the selection panel, in the order of merit.
