Qualification: Possessing M.Sc., Physics/equivalent degree with 55% marks and passing NET/GATE test.

Maximum age limit : 28 years

Pay Scale: Rs. 12000

SRF

Qualification: Possessing M.Sc., Physics/equivalent degree and at least 2 years of post-M.Sc., research experience as evidenced from a relevant published papers in standard refereed journals.

Maximum age limit : 32 years.

Pay Scale : Rs. 14000

RA
Qualification: Possessing Doctorate (PhD) in the relevant field.

Maximum age limit : 35 years

Pay Scale : Rs. 36000
