Annual increments will be paid yearly. On successful completion of 3-years training and being found suitable, the candidates will be placed in the scale/designation of respective Cadre of Operator as Operator/ Operator (T) in Excavation Cat D scale of pay.

Dragline Operator (T) - Initially appointment will be as trainee, and during the training of three years the trainees will be paid Cat II wages (Basic of Rs 1034.34 per day) for first year of training and Cat III wages (Basic of Rs 1065.55 per day) for remaining two years of training, along with other allowances and payable as per the JBCCI X.
