Eligibility Criteria
for AIISH Vacancy 2017:
Educational Qualification:
1.
Lecturer in Audiology - (i) Master’s degree with 55% marks in
Speech & Hearing or in Audiology or an equivalent degree in the relevant
area (ii) 2 years teaching / research / clinical experience (for non Ph.D
candidates)
2.
Lecturer in Special Education - M.R. Sc OR M.Ed in Special
Education or any other PG qualification equivalent to thereof
3. Clinical Linguist - Class
M.A. in Linguistics + 2 years experience in Applied Linguistics (research/
clinical) or Ph.D
4.
Software Engineer - I Class B.E/B.Tech in Computer
Engineering OR MCA Desirable 2 years experience in software development and
network management OR as system engineer in a reputed software organization
5.
Occupational Therapist - BOT or any other equivalent
qualification. Desirable 2 years experience in the field
6.
Copy Writer - (i) Graduate in Journalism and Mass Communication /
English Literature / Science or IT with Good Language Skills. (ii) Knowledge of
the following

Speech & Hearing Technician / Assistant - Diploma in Hearing, Language
and Speech (DHLS) or Diploma in Hearing Aid & Earmould Technology (DHA
& ET) or its equivalent
8.
Junior Research Fellow - M.Sc. in
Speech & Hearing or M.Sc in Audiology or equivalent in Speech & Hearing
9. Data Entry Operator - Diploma /
Degree with Typing in Kannada and English with Computer Knowledge
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1, 2, 3, 5 - 35
Years), (For Post 4, 6 - 28 Years), (For
Post 7 - 30 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years
for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years
for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of
