Eligibility Criteria
for HQ Base Workshop Group EME Group ‘C’ Jobs 2017
Educational Qualification:
1. Electrician (Highly Skilled-ll)
- Essential :- Pass in (10+2) with a
certificate from & recognized Industrial Training Institute in the
respective trade or grade. OR Armed Forces Personnel or Ex-servicemen from the
appropriate trade and minimum at grade I. Desirable qualification:- National
Council for Training in the Vocational Trades certificate from Directorate
General of Employment and Training, Ministry of Labour and Employment,
Government of India.
2.
Vehicle Mechanic (Armoured Fighting Vehicle), Highly Skilled-ll -
Essential:- Pass in (10+2) with a certificate from a recognized Industrial
Training Institute in the Motor Mechanic trade. OR Armed Forces Personnel or
Ex-servicemen from the appropriate trade and minimum at grade I. Desirable
qualification: National Council for Training in the Vocational Trades
certificate from Directorate General of Employment and Training, Ministry of
Labour and Employment, Government of India.
3.
Armament Mechanic (Highly Skilled-II) - Essential:- Pass in
(10+2) with a certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in
the Fitter trade. OR Armed Forces Personnel or Ex-servicemen from the
appropriate trade and minimum at grade I. Desirable qualification :- National
Council for Training in the Vocational Trades certificate from Directorate
General of Employment and Training, Ministry of Labour and Employment,
Government of India.
4.
Machinist(Skilled) - Essential :- ITI certificate from a
recognized Industrial Training Institute in the Machinist or Turner or
Millwright or precision Grinder Trade. OR Armed Forces Personnel or
Ex-servicemen from the appropriate trade and minimum at grade I. Desirable
qualification:- National Council for Training in the Vocational Trades
certificate from Directorate General of Employment and Training, Ministry of
Labour and Employment, Government of India.
5.
Fitter (Skilled) - ITI certificate from a recognized
Industrial Training Institute in the respective trade or grade
6.
Rubber & Plastic Moulder (Skilled) - ITI certificate from a
recognized Industrial Training Institute in the respective trade or grade
7.
Carpenter & Joiner (Skilled) - ITI certificate from a
recognized Industrial Training Institute in the respective trade or grade
8.
Vehicle Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Skilled - National Council for
Training in the Vocational Trades certificate from Directorate General of
Employment and Training, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of
India.
9.
Lower Division Clerk - (i) 12th pass from a recognized Board
or University. (ii) Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English on computer
or a typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer (35 words per
minute and 30 words per minute, correspond to 10500/9000 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH (key
depression per hour) on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).
10.
Cook/Cook Special - (i) Matriculation or equivalent. (ii)
Must have knowledge of Indian Cooking and proficiency in trade.
11.
Tradesman Mate - Matriculation pass from recognized
Board or equivalent.
12.
Washerman - (i) Matriculation pass or equivalent. (ii) Must be
able to wash military/Civilian clothes thoroughly well.
13.
MTS of Army Factory Canteens (Vendor) - Matriculation or
equivalent with 6 months experience in the trade.
14.
Multi Tasking Staff - Essential: Matriculation pass or
equivalent from recognized Board. Desirable:- Conversant with the duties of the
respective trades with one year experience in the trade.
15.
Waiter Mess - Essential: Matriculation pass or equivalent from
recognized Board. Desirable: One year experience in the trade.
16.
Masalchi - Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized
Board and should be conversant with the duties of Masalchi.
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should be between 18 to 25 years.. The Upper age limit is relaxed by
5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15
years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt.
of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as
