1. Graduate in Civil/ Electrical Engineering.
2. At least 15 years relevant experience.
3. At least 10 years administrative experience in a responsible
position in a government organization or University/ Research Institution of
Higher Learning/ reputed organization.
4. Well conversant with contract law and C.P.W.D./ P.W.D. accounting
procedure.
