per the recent VSSC notification 2018, the eligibility details like Educational
Qualification & Age Limit for the Graduate Apprentice job has given below.

Note:
Candidate who have passed degree in Engg./Tech./Lib.Sci./Hotel Management
in/After April 2016 are only Eligible to Apply. Those who Passed Degree in
2016 will be Eligible for Apprenticeship till march 2019 as Per the
Provisions of Apprentices Act and they will not be offered the training Position
after March 2019, even if they are empanelled/waitlisted
Courses recognized by Universities fron Southen region (Kerala,
Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Pondicherry) will given
priority Since these States/UT's come under Southern Region of Boat.
Candidates form other Universities will be considered only in case there in
Shortage Candidates in the respective discipline
