Eligibility Criteria for NIMHANS Vacancy 2018:

Educational Qualification:

1. Senior Scientific Officer - MD in Microbiology OR Ph.D in Neuromicrobiology / Virology

2. Clinical Psychologist - I Class/ II Class M.A/M.Sc degree in Psychology from a recognized University / Institution. And M.Phil in Mental Health and Social Psychology/M.Phil in Clinical Psychology/ or equivalent qualification from an institution/university recognized by the Rehabilitaion Council of India (RCI).

3. Departmental Secretary - Post Graduate qualification in Science / Humanities with certificate courses in i) Office Administration / Office Secretary ii) Computer applications and office management iii) Shorthand (English and Hindi)

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 28 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Pay Scale Details for NIMHANS:

Pay Scale:

1. Senior Scientific Officer - Rs. 65,000/- P.M.

2. Clinical Psychologist - Rs. 9,300-34,800/-

3. Departmental Secretary - Rs. 25,000/- P.M.
