For Experienced Personnel

1. Deputy Chief Engineer - B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering & 15 years after Graduation

2. Executive Engineer - B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering& 12 years after Graduation

3. Asst. Executive Engineer - B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering & 8 years after Graduation

4. Assistant Engineer - B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering & 5 years after Graduation OR Diploma in Civil Engineering & 8 years after Diploma

For Retired Personnel

5. Deputy Chief Engineer - Should have retired as Deputy Chief Engineer or Equivalent from Metros/ Railways/ PSUs having experience in Track works

6. Executive Engineer - Should have retired as Executive Engineer or Equivalent from Metros/ Railways/ PSUs having experience in Track works.

7. Asst. Executive Engineer - Should have retired as Asst. Executive Engineer or Equivalent from Metros/ Railways/ PSUs having experience in Track works.
