Eligibility Criteria for EIL Vacancy 2018:

Educational Qualification:

1. Senior Manager - Degree in law (full time) from recognized university/Institute in India with minimum 50% marks or equivalent + 12 years post-qualification experience as an Executive / Officer in the Legal set up of the Government / Semi Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Nationalized Banks/ Listed Companies* and should have sound knowledge of Civil / Commercial / Industrial /Labour/ Company Laws etc.

2. Legal Officer - Degree in law (full time) from recognized university/Institute in India with minimum 50% marks or equivalent + 1(One) year post-qualification experience as an Executive / Officer in the Legal set up of the Government / Semi Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Nationalized Banks/ Listed Companies* and should have sound knowledge of Civil / Commercial / Industrial /Labour/ Company Laws etc.

3. Deputy Manager - MBA Degree with specialization in HR/Personnel Management OR PG Degree / PG Diploma in HR / PM&IR / Labour Welfare OR Master in Social Works with specialization in HR /Personnel Management + 4 (Four) years’ post-qualification experience as an Executive / Officer in the HR set up of the Government / Semi Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Private Sector Undertaking of repute

4. HR Officer - MBA Degree with specialization in HR/Personnel Management OR PG Degree / PG Diploma in HR / PM&IR / Labour Welfare OR Master in Social Works with specialization in HR /Personnel Management + 1 (One) year post-qualification experience as an Executive / Officer in HR set up of the Government / Semi Government/ Public Sector Undertaking / Private Sector Undertaking of repute.

Age Limit: (As on 25.07.2018)

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 - 40 Years), (For Post 2, 4 - 28 years), (For Post 3 - 32 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
