Eligibility Criteria for ASRLMS Vacancy 2018:

Educational Qualification:

1. State Project Manager - Post-Graduate degree in Human Resource/ MBA (HR). ii) 7+ years Post qualification Experience in HR agency/ company with considerable scale and size, out of which at least 2 Years should be in Rural Development /Community development sector.

2. District Project Manager - Post-Graduate degree. ii) 2+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector.

3. District Functional Expert (SM, 1B & CB) - Post-Graduate degree. ii) 2+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector.

4. District Functional Expert (Livelihoods & Marketing) - Post-Graduate degree. ii) 2+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector.

5. District Functional Expert (F) - Post-Graduate degree. 2+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector.

6. District Functional Expert (Skills) - Post-Graduate degree. 2+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector.

7. District Accounts Manager - Post-Graduate degree in Commerce/ CA/ ICWA. ii) 2+ years post qualification experience in relevant field.

8. District MIS Manager - MCA/M.Sc-IT having experience documentation. ii) 2+ years post qualification experience in relevant field.

9. Block Project Manager - Post-Graduate degree. 2+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector

4. District Functional Expert (Livelihoods & Marketing) - Rs. 35,000 per month

5. District Functional Expert (F) - Rs. 35,000 per month

6. District Functional Expert (Skills) - Rs. 35,000 per month

7. District Accounts Manager - Rs. 28,000 per month

8. District MIS Manager - Rs. 25,000 Per month
