Eligibility Criteria for NIRRH Vacancy 2018:

Educational Qualification:

1. Lab Technician - 1 st Class Master’s degree in Life Sciences from recognized university with 2 years’ experience in related field OR 2 nd class Master’s degree with Ph.D in relevant subject from recognized university OR BDS/B.V.Sc. degree with one year experience.

2. Field Assistant - 12th Pass in science subject or equivalent with five years’ experience in related field from a Government Institute or recognized Institute * Intermediate with science subject & B.Sc. degree shall be treated as equivalent to 2 and 3 years’ experience respectively

3. Research Assistant - 12th Pass in Science subject and two years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or one year DMLT plus one year required experience in recognized organization or two year laboratory experience.

4. Scientist B (Non-Medical) - Graduate in science/relevant subject from recognized university with three years work experience from recognized Institution or Master’s degree in relevant subject

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 - 30 Years), (For Post 2 - 28 years), (For Post 3 - 30 Years), (For Post 4 - 35 years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Pay Scale:

1. Lab Technician - Rs.54,300/-p.m

2. Field Assistant - Rs.17,000/-p.m.

3. Research Assistant - Rs.18,000/-p.m

4. Scientist B (Non-Medical) - Rs.31,000/-p.m
