Candidate’s Age Limit Not more than 35 years for men and 40 years for women for Junior Research Fellow and Technical Assistant. Minimum age 21 years and Maximum age 45 years for Young Professional – I and Young Professional – II. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Pay Scale Details for NRCB Trichy JRF, Technical Assistant:

Pay Scale:

1. Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with NET qualification or Graduate Degree in Professional Course with NET qualification or Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course or Ph.D. in the relevant subject are entitled for the remuneration of Rs.25,000/- + 20% HRA per month

2. Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science are entitled for the remuneration of Rs.12,000/- + 20% HRA per month
