Eligibility Criteria for BFSL Vacancy 2018:

Educational Qualification: (As on 01.03.2018)

1. Area Sales Manager - Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. Preference will be given to candidates having MBA or equivalent degree from reputed Colleges + Minimum 8 years of experience as a Sales Manager with leading Public / Private / Foreign Companies / Broking / NBFCs / FMCG companies

2. Team Leader - Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution + Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales of Retail Financial products out of which minimum 2 years experience as a Team Lead

3. Sales Executives Graduates - Graduate from Government recognized University + Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience Sales of Retail Financial products

4. Sales Executives - Under - Graduates - Candidates who have passed atleast First year of Degree College but have not yet completed their Graduation + Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience Sales of Retail Financial products

5. Sales Executives - Freshers - Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution

6. Manager /Asst. Manager Processing - Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution + Minimum 8 years of experience in Working in the HR Operations Department OR Working in the MIS Department OR Working in the Finance Department

Age Limit: (As on 01.03.2018)

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 - 30 to 40 years), (For Post 2 - 25 to 40 Years), (For Post 3 - 21 years to 35 Years), (For Post 4 - 21 to 30 Years), (For Post 5 - 21 to 25 years), (For Post 6 - 30 to 40 Years).
