Educational Qualification:
i. Bachelor’s degree of recognized
university or equivalent
ii. Certificate of competency as
skipper
iii. Five years practical experience
onboard fishing vessel after obtaining Mate Fishing Vessel competency
certificate.
iv. Having GMDSS certificate
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
