Eligibility Criteria for ZSI Vacancy 2018:

Educational Qualification:

1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - Master degree in Zoology / Life Sciences / Biological Sciences or Equivalent with Zoology as a major subject in undergraduate level from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks.

2. Post-Doctoral Fellow - PhD or equivalent degree in Zoology/ Life Sciences from a recognized University in India and having 3 years of research/teaching experience (duration of PhD to be considered as research experience) in a recognized Institution/ University after M.Sc. with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI/NAAS) journals.

Age Limit: (As on 30.01.2018)

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 28 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
