Eligibility Criteria for AP Postal Circle Vacancy 2018:

Educational Qualification:

Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant/Postal Assistant {CO/RO)

(i) A pass in 10+2 Standard or 12th class from Recognized University /Board of School Education Board of Secondary Education/National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) /Open universities recognized and affiliated to NIOS with English as a compulsory subject.

(ii) Candidates with higher qualification are also considered but they have to fulfill the requirements mentioned in sub para

(i) abswe. There are no bonus marks for higher education. (iii) Candidates who have passed 12th standard/10+2 in vocational courses or Job oriented course are not eligible.

(iv) Having Typing knowled.ge and computer knowledge upto the required standard is desirable.

(v) Sports qualification as mentioned at Para 8 below.

b) Postman:

(i) A Pass in Matriculation from a recognized Board/University. India: Post

(ii) Candidates with higher qualification are also considered but they have to fulfill the requirements mentioned in sub para (i) ·above. There are no bonus marks for higher . education.

(c) Multi-Tasking Staff:

(i) A Pass in Matriculation/ITI from a recognized Board/ University.

Pay Scale Details for AP Postal Circle Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, Postman, MTS:

Postal /Sorting Assistant/ Postal Assistant (CO/RO) - Pay Scale - Rs.25500/- in Level-4 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC + admissible allowance as prescribed from time to time

Postman - Rs.21700/- in Level-3 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC + admissible allowance as prescribed from time to time

Multi-Tasking Staff - Rs.18000/- in Level-1 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC

Candidates will be selected based on Participated in the circle team during All India Postal Tournaments, Interview
