Eligibility Criteria for KMRL Vacancy 2017:

Educational Qualification:

1. Manager (Design) - Graduate in Civil Engineering. Candidates with Post Graduation in Structural Engineering will be given preference + Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, with atleast 5 years exclusive experience in Metro/Railway project in the area of structural analysis and design of metro structures, bridges and multistoried buildings. Job responsibility includes review, analysis and design of Metro viaducts, stations & allied infrastructure/Railway bridges/Highway flyovers/Multi-storied buildings; tendering and contractual management of design contracts; interfacing with contractors, consultants and other project departments. Experience in use of the design softwares like Staad Pro, Wallap, Plaxis, SAP2000 is preferred

2. Deputy General Manager (Design) - Graduate in Architecture. Candidates with post-graduation in Architecture will be given preference + Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience with atleast 3 years exclusive experience in Metro Rail projects in the area of architectural design works of metro stations & allied infrastructure and commercial complexes. Job responsibility includes architectural design works of Metro stations & allied infrastructure / residential buildings / commercial complexes; architectural planning and designing of city improvement, landscaping and property development works; material selection and approval; interfacing with contractors, consultants and other project departments

Age Limit: (As on 01.12.2017)

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 - 40 Years), (For Post 2 - 45 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
