Eligibility Criteria for ECIL Vacancy 2017:

Educational Qualification:

First Class Engineering Degree with minimum of 65% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/STs) from AICTE approved Colleges / Recognized Indian Universities in the relevant discipline.

Age Limit: (As on 30.11.2017)

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 25 Years. Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy layer) candidates. In respect of PWD candidates, belonging to SC/ST the age relaxation is 15 years; OBC for 13 years and General for 10 years

Upper age limit is further relaxed by 5 years for candidates, who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.

Pay Scale Details for ECIL Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET):

Pay Scale: Rs.38, 430/- per month stipend

Selection Procedure for ECIL Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET):

Candidates will be selected based on Written Exam, Interview

The selection process will be through Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by interview for shortlisted candidates.

The duration of Test [CBT] is of 1 ½ hours in Objective Type.

The Written Test [Online/CBT] shall be of Objective Multiple Choice Type.
