Eligibility Criteria for Indian Air Force Vacancy 2017:

Educational Qualification:

LDC - (i) 12th passed or equivalent qualification from a recognised Board or University. (ii) A typing speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi on computer (Time allowed 10 Min.) (35 WPM & 30 WPM correspond ot 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 05 keys depression for each word).

Store Keeper - 12th passed from any recognised Board or University Desirable : Experience in handling Stores and keeping Accts in a store of a concern of repute in Public or Private section.

Cook - Matriculation with six months experience in the trade or Ex-serviceman with similar qualification.

Mess Staff - Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognised University or Board. Desirable : One year of experience as Waiter or Washer-up from an Organization or Institute.

Safaiwala Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognised University or Board.

MTS - Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognised University or Board. Desirable: One year of experience as Watchman or Lascar or Gestetner Operator or Mali from an Organisation or Institute.

Painter & Carpenter - Matriculate or equivalent from a recognised Board / University and r possessing ITI certificate in the appropriate / akin field or trade.

Dhobi - Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognised University or Board. Desirable: One year of experience as Dhobi from an Organisation or Institute.

Valcaniser - Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognised University or Board. Desirable: Possessed ITI certificate in the appropriate / akin trade or field.

Ward Sahayika/Ayah - Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognised University or Board. Desirable: One year of experience as Ayah/ Ward Sahayika in Hospitals or Nursing Homes from an Organisation or Institute.

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should be between 18 to 25 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Pay Scale:

(a) For LDC, Store Keeper, Painter, Carpenter & Cook :

Rs.5200 - 20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

(b) For other Posts :

Rs.5200 - 20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1800/-

Candidates will be selected based on Written Test, skill/practical/physical test
