1. Lecturer, Pre-Service Teacher Education (PSTE)

(i) Master Degree in Humanities (Preferably Philosophy/Sociology/Economics) /Social Science/Science with 55% marks from any recognized university.

(ii) M.Ed. with Specialization in Child Psychology with 55% marks or its equivalent grade

OR

(i) MA in Education with 55% marks from any recognized university.

(ii) Diploma/Degree in Primary/Elementary Education with 55% marks

2. Lecturer, In-Service Education, Field Interaction & Innovation Coordination (I F I C)

(i)Master Degree in Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology/Mathematics/Political Science/History/Geography/Economics/Sociology/Social Science with 55% marks from any recognized university.

(ii) M.Ed. with 55% marks preferably with specialization in Elementary Education OR Degree /Diploma/Certificate in Teacher Education (Preferably Elementary Teacher Education) with 55% marks.

3. Lecturer, District Resource Unit (DRU)

(i)Master Degree in Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology/Mathematics/Political Science/History/Geography/Economics/Sociology/Social Science with 55% marks from any recognized university.

(ii)Degree /Diploma in Adult Education (AE) /Non Formal Education (NFE) or Social Work or Community Development or Rural Development or Women’s Studies or Communication or Journalism or Degree in Teacher Education with Specialization in Adult/Non-Formal Educations with 55% marks

4. Lecturer, Planning and Management (P & M)

(i)Master Degree in Economics/Statistics/Public Administration with 55% marks from any recognized university.

(ii) M.Ed with 55% marks with specialization in Educational Planning/Administration OR (i)M.A(Education) specialization in Educational Planning & Administration with 55% marks from any recognized university

5. Lecturer, Education Technology (ET)

(i)Master Degree in Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology/Mathematics/Political Science/History/Geography/Economics/Sociology/Social Science with 55% marks from any recognized university. (ii) M.Ed with 55% marks with specialization in Educational Technology/Audio Visual Education OR Degree /Diploma/Certificate in Teacher Education with ET/AV Education as one of the papers with 55% marks and successful completion of a training course on ET/AV education of not less than 6 weeks duration Or Degree/Diplopma in Communication/Mass Communication/Commercial Art/Films & TV Programms/Drama/ Engineering with 55% marks

6. Lecturer, Work Experience (W.E)

(i)Master Degree in Physics /Chemistry/Botany/Zoology/Mathematics/Political Science/History/Geography/Economics/Sociology/Social Science with 55% marks.

(ii) Degree /Diploma in Teacher Education with specialization in basic Education/Work Experience/SUPW) Vocational Education/Craft Education with 55% mark .

7. Lecturer, Curriculum Material Development and Evaluation (CMDE)

(i)Master Degree with 55% marks in Physics /Chemistry/Botany/ Zoology/ Mathematics/Political science/History/Geography/Economics/Sociology/Social Science from any recognized University. (ii) M.Ed. with 55% marks. Or (i) Master Degree with 55% marks in Child Psychology, Child Development or Education from any recognized University. (ii) Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Teacher Education (Preferably Elementary Teacher Education ) with 55% marks Or (i) Ph.D in child Psychology/Child development/Curriculum/Educational measurement/Evaluation.
