Eligibility Criteria for HECL Vacancy 2017:

Educational Qualification:

1. Senior Manager (Marketing) - Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical or equivalent from AICTE recognized University/Institute with first class (60% marks) or equivalent CGPA. For SC/ST/PWD candidates, it is 55% or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University / Institute.

2. Deputy Manager (HR) - Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations of minimum 2 yrs duration or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/HR or equivalent from recognized University or AICTE/UGC approved course with first class (60% marks) or CGPA equivalent. For SC/ST/PWD candidates, it is 55% or CGPA equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute

3. Assistant Manager (HR) - Degree in Law / Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 - 44 Years), (For Post 2 - 37 Years), (For Post 3 - 34 years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
