Eligibility Criteria for DH&FWS Vacancy 2017:

Educational Qualification:

1. District Consultant (Public Health), T - MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing graduate with degree/diploma in Health Management with 02 years relevant work experience. 2. Training in Health quality like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen by a reputed organization will be preferable

2. ICTC Lab Technician - Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc); with minimum 1 year experience after graduation.

3. Laboratory Technician (Blood Bank) - Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biological Science before obtaining Diploma or Degree. ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/ Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from any University /Institution recognized by the Central or State Government

4. Counselor (NCD) - Graduate in Psychology /Social Work/Sociology/ Anthropology/Hum an Development.

5. Block ASHA Facilitator - Master's degree in Social Science/Sociology /Social Anthropology /Social Work (MSW)/Business Administration (MBA)/Economics/Rural Development/Mass Communication

6. Account Assistant (NHM) - Graduate with Commerce Background from any recognized university and having Diploma I Certificate course in Computer Application from any recognized institution Technical Knowledge Knowledge of computers in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint, Internet and Tally Software is essential

7. LT (NUHM) - Higher Secondary passed (10+2) from a recognized Board/Institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology /Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the West Bengal State Medical Faculty/ AICTE. Knowledge in computer, MS Office, Internet is required

8. Full time MO (NUHM) - MBBS from MCI recognized institute with 1 year compulsory Internship. Must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council. Weightage will be given for h'igher qualification.

9. GNM (NRC) - MBBS from MCI recognized institute with 1 year compulsory Internship. Must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council Weightage will be given for h'igher qualification

10. MTS - He / She should be graduate from the Biology Stream. Areas where a candidate with the desired qualification not available, a Graduate with Science subject in class XII will be considered Qualification can be relaxed in exceptional cases. The candidate should have a valid two wheeler driving license. The candidate should be preferably from same district for the post he applies. Experienced candidate in health related programme should be given preference.

Age Limit:

2. ICTC Lab Technician - Rs. 13,000.00/-

3. Laboratory Technician (Blood Bank) - Rs. 17,220.00/-

4. Counselor (NCD) - Rs. 13560.00

5. Block ASHA Facilitator - Rs. 7500.00/-

6. Account Assistant (NHM) - Rs. 13560.00

7. LT (NUHM) - Rs. 9380.00

8. Full time MO (NUHM) - Rs. 9380.00
