Eligibility Criteria for IIITDM Chennai Vacancy 2017:

Educational Qualification:

1. Project Assistant - First Class in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (OR) ITI in Welding / Sheet metal working with 2 Years experience

2. Junior Research Fellowship - BE/B. Tech with NET, GATE Qualification Or M. Tech/M.E/MS in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Or relevant discipline with valid GATE/ NET Score

3. Junior Project Engineer - B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering / Electrical or/and Electronic Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / related area like Mechatronics with CGPA of 7.0 or above.

4. Project Assistant - First Class Diploma in Computer/Electronic/Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with CGPA of 7.0 or above

5. Hostel Caretaker - Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology preferred with at least four years/six years experience respectively as Steward/Manager/Caretaker in a residential establishment

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For post 1 - 25 Years), (For Post 2, 3 - 27 Years), (For Post 4 - 40 to 45 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
