City Head-Mumbai (Individual Fundraising) Job opportunity in WWF-India 

Qualifications, Experience and competencies required: MBA/ Post Graduate/ Graduate Degree or Diploma in Business Management/Social Work. 3-7 years’ experience in Fundraising/ Sales/ Marketing. Prior experience of fund-raising for the Development sector would be added advantage. Proven sales abilities with sound target achievement record, and comfortable with holding and meeting fund raising goals.

Desired candidate profile:

• Commitment to the core values of WWF India and passion for the environment.
• Highly performance oriented & ability to reach fundraising targets and motivate team members to achieve targets.
• Highly performance oriented and ability to work in a team.
• Mature, confident, pleasing personality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience of coaching and training fundraisers.
