Eligibility:

• Post Graduate degree in Materials Science/Physics/ Applied Sciences with first class and a valid GATE/NET score only.Desirable: Working experience on various thin film deposition and characterization techniques.
• BE/B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree in first class with valid NET/ GATE score (OR) ME/M.Tech in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Micro Electronics/Sensor Technology /Materials Science/Nano Technology in first class both at Graduate and Post Graduate degree.Desirable:Working experience on various MEMS design tools, read out ASIC and fabrication process techniques.

Age Limit:
Candidate’s Age Limit 28 Years.

INR as per rules
