Educational Qualification:

1. Field Engineer (Electrical) - BE/B.Tech/BSc (Engg)/ AMIE from recognized University/Institute with minimum 55% marks

2. Field Engineer (Electronics) - BE/B.Tech/BSc (Engg)/ AMIE from recognized University/Institute with minimum 55% marks

3. Field Engineer (Civil) - BE/B.Tech/BSc (Engg)/ AMIE from recognized University/Institute with minimum 55% marks

4. Field Supervisor (Electrical) - Diploma from recognized technical Board/ Institute with minimum 55% marks

5. Field Supervisor (Electronics) - Diploma from recognized technical Board/ Institute with minimum 55% marks

6. Field Supervisor (Civil) - Diploma from recognized technical Board/ Institute with minimum 55% marks

Age Limit: (As on 24.06.2017)

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 29 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. 1. Only Indian Nationals of age 18 years or above are eligible to apply for POWERGRID.

2. It is the responsibility of candidate to satisfy that he/ she meets the eligibility criteria (as mentioned in this advertisement) fully before applying. The online application form will not be checking the eligibility.

3. The engagement of personnel is purely temporary in nature and on contact basis for a period of 24 months or completion of the project, whichever is earlier.

4. Selected personnel shall be deployed in cities/towns/villages near the Pune-Miraj-Kolhapur (CR) section of railways.

5. The personnel engaged will not be entitled to claim for any regular employment in POWERGRID or any relaxations in case of any recruitment for regular posts in POWERGRID
