Eligibility Criteria for IIT Gandhinagar Junior Accountant, Junior Assistant Jobs 2017

Educational Qualification:

1. Junior Accountant - B.Com or equivalent degree and knowledge of Tally + 02 Years of relevant experience in use of accounting software

2. Junior Assistant - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline + 02 years in computer office applications.

3. Junior Laboratory Assistant - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Civil, Biotechnology, Chemical, Computer Science/Computer Application and Material Science or in allied disciplines OR Three years Diploma in any of the above mentioned or allied disciplines and one year relevant experience OR ITI/equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience OR B.Sc Degree with major in Physics/Chemistry/Bio-Sciences and one year’s work experience in a laboratory/research-programme. Good Knowledge of computer utilization

4. Driver - Candidates should have 12th class pass with driving license for both heavy and light vehicle with seven years of experience of driving staff cars OR 12th class passed with ITI certificate and driving license for both heavy and light vehicle and five years relevant experience required

5. Junior Laboratory Attendant - Tenth standard pass and trade training with ITI certificate or equivalent in any discipline associated with Manufacturing, Electrical, Chemical or Civil + Relevant work experience of at least two years

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 27 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Pay Scale:

1. Junior Accountant - Rs. 7,510/- in PB-1 (`5,200- 20,200/-) plus GP of `2,400/-

2. Junior Assistant - Rs. 6,460/- in PB-1 (`5200-20,200/-) plus GP of `2,000/-

3. Junior Laboratory Assistant - Rs. 6,460/- in PB-1 (`5200-20,200/-) plus GP of `2,000/-

4. Driver - Rs. 6,460/- in PB-1 (`5200-20,200/-) plus GP of `2,000/-

5. Junior Laboratory Attendant - Rs. 5,200/- in PB-1 (`5200-20,200/-) plus GP of `1,800/-
