About Indian Coast Guard Recruitment:
The Indian Coast Guard is a multi-mission organization, conducting round-the-year real-life operations at sea.  Despite being relatively small, it has a wide range of task capabilities for both surface and air operations. The organization is headed by the Director General Indian Coast Guard (DGICG) exercising his overall command and superintendence from the Coast Guard Headquarters (CGHQ) located at New Delhi.  At CGHQ, he is assisted by four Deputy Director Generals of the rank of Inspector General, and other senior officers heading various staff divisions.

Eligibility:

• General Duty – Should have a bachelor Degree of recognised University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (Ist semester to 8 Semester For BE/B.Tech or 1st Years to last Year for Bachelor Degree
• General Duty (Pilot) – Should have a bachelor Degree of recognised University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (Ist semester to 8 Semester For BE/B.Tech or 1st Years to last Year for Bachelor Degree
• Pilot (CPL) – 12th class pass with 60% marks in aggregate and should possess current / valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) issued/validated by DGCA on the date of submission of application.

Age Limit:
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 – 01 Jul 1993 to 30 June 1997 (Both dates inclusive), (For Post 2 – 01 Jul 1993 to 30 June 1999 (Both dates inclusive), (For Post 3 – 01 Jul 1993 to 30 June 1993 (Both dates inclusive).
