Qualification:

• Candidates must possess Graduation in any stream with minimum 3 years duration from a registered University
• Must have knowledge of basic computer operations OR Must Pass HSC (XIIth Std.)
• Candidate must able to speak English and have Knowledge of Local and Hindi languages

Age Limit:

• General Category candidates: Maximum 30 years
• OBC Category Candidates: Maximum 33 years
• SC/ST Category Candidates: Maximum 35 years

Pay Scale:

• Customer Agents – Rs.14, 610/- p.m
• Junior Customer Agents -Rs.14, 010/- p.m

Selection Procedure:

• Screening
• Interview

• General/OBC Candidates Application Fee is – Rs.500/-
• All Other Candidates (ST/SC/Ex-s/ PWD) Application Fee is – Nil
