Executive Officer, Grade-IV (Post Code: 1655) Job Position in Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC)
Educational Qualification (as on 25.11.2016): Applicants should possess the following or its equivalent qualification: Minimum General Educational Qualification; OR The title of “Tamil Pulavar” recognized by the University Grants Commission. Provided that, other things being equal, preference shall be given to employees of Religious Institutions (other than Government Servants) who have put in not less than 5 years of Service. Explanation: Minimum General Educational Qualification means:
(i) A pass in the SSLC Examination with eligibility for admission to College courses of studies in the Universities in this State. (11 years course of study) OR (ii) A pass in the SSLC Examination of this State. (10 years course of study) Note:- (i) The higher qualification claimed to have possessed over and above the prescribed for this post should have been obtained by passing the required qualification in the order of studies 10th + HSC or its equivalent +U.G. degree. (ii) Applicants claiming equivalence of qualification to the prescribed qualification should upload and submit evidence for equivalence of qualification in the form of G.O. issued prior to the date of this notification when called for. The G.Os issued regarding equivalence of qualification after the date of this notification will not be accepted. (Refer para 10 of the ‘Instructions to Applicants’) (b) Knowledge of Tamil: Applicants should possess adequate knowledge of Tamil on the date of this Notification (Further details are at para 11 of the ‘Instructions to Applicants’)
